Getting Started

Want to become an antiques dealer at St. Clair Antique Mall? Complete our application and our store manager will contact you to discuss available rental space. To inquire directly, call 618-628-1650.

How It Works

Our antique mall rents booth and showcase space to dealers at a monthly rate, plus collects 10% of the dealer’s sales revenue each month. Dealers are paid for their sales on the fifth business day of the following month.

Dealers are not required to have a state sales tax number.

We Mind The Store

Our managers and staff take care of all mall operations: administration, sales, and point-of-sale transactions. Dealers are not required to work as an employee.

We’re open 7-days a week (see our holiday schedule at the bottom of this page).

Advertising

Advertising is focused on sales and special events. The highway attraction signs specifically for St. Clair Antique Mall are a valuable asset to our retail exposure.  The St. Clair Antique Mall is featured in regular advertising runs for all six (6) of our company owned locations.
